Ingredients

Vegetable Upma : 70g/250g *

Suji (Semolina), Edible oil(Rice Bran), Sugar, Dehydrated Carrot, Bengal Gram, Urad Gram ,Dehydrated Beans, Green chillies, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Lemon juice and Iodised Salt.

Sambhar : 40g/340g *

Toordal, Chanadal, Redchilli, Corainder seeds, Turmeric, Cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Asofetida, Curryleaves, Salt

Note : Weights mentioned are net weights for the article. Dry / rehydrated respectively *

Stovetop Instructions

In separate pots, bring 180 ml of water to a boil for Vegetable Upma and 300 ml for Sambhar.

Step Image

Remove oxygen absorber from the pack and Empty the contents of each packs into the respective pots and stir well. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes for Vegetable Upma and 5 minutes for Sambhar.

Turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let both pots rest for 5 minutes.

Microwave Instructions

Empty the Vegetable Upma and Sambhar packs into separate microwave-safe bowls, remove the oxygen absorber

Step Image

Add 180 ml of water to the Vegetable Upma and 300 ml to the Sambhar. Stir each bowl thoroughly.

Microwave at 800 Watts for 3 minutes. Cover the bowls and let it sit for a few minutes
