Ingredients

Malabar Korma : 45g/265g *

Onion (37,97%), Canola Oil (18.19%), Ginger paste (12,66%), Garlic paste (12,166), Cashew nut (10,12%), Salt , Melon seeds, Cumin powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, Garam masala, Greenchilli, Coriander powder , Turmeric

Basmati Rice : 45g/200g *

Basmati Rice (99,8%), Salt (0,2%)

Note : Weights mentioned are net weights for the article. Dry / rehydrated respectively *

Stovetop Instructions

In separate pots, bring 220 ml of water to a boil for Vegetable Malabar Korma and 155 ml for Basmati Rice.

Remove oxygen absorber from the pack and Empty the contents of each pack into the respective pots and stir well. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes for Vegetable Malabar Korma and 5 minutes for Basmati Rice.

Turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let both pots rest for 5 minutes.

Microwave Instructions

Empty the Vegetable Malabar Korma and Basmati Rice packs into separate microwave-safe bowls, remove the oxygen absorber

Add 220 ml of water to the Vegetable Malabar Korma and 155 ml to the Basmati Rice. Stir each bowl thoroughly.

Microwave at 800 Watts for 3 minutes. Cover the bowls and let it sit for a few minutes
