Ingredients

Palak Khichdi : 50g/320g *

Toor dal (38,98%), Spinach (20,57%), Onion (15,7%), Tomato (12,99%), Canola Oil (7,02%), Salt, Garlic, Greenchilli paste, Turmeric, Greenchilli, Garam masala, Jeera powder

Note : Weights mentioned are net weights for the article. Dry / rehydrated respectively *

Stovetop Instructions

Step Image

Add 270 ml of water in a pot and boil it.

Remove oxygen absorber from the pack and Empty the Palak Khichdi pack into the boiling water. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes

Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Microwave Instructions

Empty the Palak Khichdi pack into a microwave-safe bowl, remove the oxygen absorber

Add 270 ml of water and mix thoroughly

Step Image

Microwave at 800 Watts for 3 minutes. Cover the bowl and let it sit for a few minutes
