Ingredients

Roasted Moong jor:

Beaten moong (87.14%), Edible oil (12.86%)

Green Dressing : 15g/125g *

Coriander leaves (60.98%), Mint (21.178%), Greenchilli (5.44%), Garlicpaste (4.36%), Salt (3.27%), Chatmasala (1.09%), Cumin powder (0.54%), Lemon juice (0.37%)

Spice Mix:

Dry mango powder (25%), Black Salt (43%), Red chilli powder (15%), Turmeric (15%), Garam masala (2%)

Dry Mango:

Mango (100%)

Note : Weights mentioned are net weights for the article. Dry / rehydrated respectively *

Preparation for the Meal

STEP 1

Empty all the packs in separate vessels and remove oxygen absorber.

STEP 2

Add 110 ml water to the Green Dressing stir it well.

STEP 3

Add 15 ml water to Dry Mango and let it settle

STEP 4

Chop fresh tomatoes, onions, cucumber and coriander.

Making of the Meal

STEP 1

Empty the Moong Jor pack into a bowl.

STEP 2

Add 50g each finely chopped onions, cucumber and tomatoes.

STEP 3

Add green dressing, spice mix, and fresh lemon juice as per taste.

STEP 4

Add freshly chopped coriander on top of the meal

STEP 5

Mix everything well and serve!
