Ingredients

Makhani Gravy : 45g/270g *

Tomato, Onion, Refined Groundnut Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Ginger, Mixed Spices.

Basmati Rice : 45g/200g *

Basmati Rice (99,8%), Salt (0,2%)

Note : Weights mentioned are net weights for the article. Dry / rehydrated respectively *

Make it Your Own

• Use 200 ml of vegan milk and 30g of vegan butter for a creamy and plant-based version.

• Optional: Add 200g of your favourite pre-cooked vegetables or protein.

• For a vegetarian-friendly option, you can swap the vegan ingredients with traditional butter and milk.

Preparation for the Meal

STEP 1

In separate saucepans, pour the contents of the Makhani Gravy and Basmati Rice packs, Remove oxygen absorber from the pack

STEP 2

Add 200 ml of vegan milk to the Makhani Gravy and 155 ml of water to the Basmati Rice. Stir each gently.

STEP 3

Add 2 tablespoons (30g) of vegan butter to the Makhani Gravy for extra creaminess.

STEP 4

Cook both on medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend the flavours. Cover and let them sit for 3 minutes to lock in all the delicious aromas.

Making of the Meal

STEP 1

Empty the Makhani Gravy and Basmati Rice packs into separate microwave-safe bowls, remove the oxygen absorber

STEP 2

Pour 200 ml of vegan milk into the Makhani Gravy and 155 ml of water into the Basmati Rice. Stir them well.

STEP 3

Add 2 tablespoons (30g) of vegan butter to the Makhani Gravy for that smooth, velvety texture.

STEP 4

Microwave on 800 Watts for 3 minutes, then cover and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to fully develop.
