Ingredients

Lemon Rice : 45g/610g *

Rice(66%), Lemon Powder, Refined Groundnut Oil, Mixed Spices, Green Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger, Fenugreek.

Preparation for the Meal

STEP 1

In a saucepan, add 550 ml of water to a boil.

STEP 2

Open the pack, Remove oxygen absorber from the pack.

STEP 3

Empty the Lemon Rice pack into the saucepan, stirring gently to ensure the rice is evenly distributed. Add 2 tablespoons (15 ml) of cooking oil for richness.

STEP 4

Cook the rice on low flame for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

STEP 5

Turn off the flame, cover the saucepan, and let the rice sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to settle.

Serve Hot & enjoy!

Making of the Meal

STEP 1

Empty the Lemon Rice pack into a microwave-safe bowls, remove the oxygen absorber

STEP 2

Add 550 ml of water and stir well to combine.

STEP 3

Stir in 2 tablespoons (15 ml) of edible oil to add a smooth texture.

STEP 4

Microwave on 800 Watts for 3 minutes, then cover and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to fully develop.

STEP 5

Serve Hot & enjoy!
