Kaju Masala with Basmati Rice

Ingredients

Kaju Masala : 40g/200g *

Onion(60%), Tomato(20%), Cashew Nuts, Canola Oil, Watermelon Seeds, Bay leaf, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cinnamon,Cumin, Black Pepper, Cassia, Clove, Anistar, Fennel Seeds, Ginger ,Garlic, Spice Mix and Iodised Salt.

Note : Weights mentioned are net weights for the article. Dry / rehydrated respectively *

Stovetop Instructions

In separate pots, bring 150 ml of water to a boil for Kaju Masala and 155 ml for Basmati Rice.

Remove oxygen absorber from the pack and Empty the contents of each pack into the respective pots and stir well. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes for Kaju Masala and 5 minutes for Basmati Rice.

Turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let both pots rest for 5 minutes.

Microwave Instructions

Empty the Kaju Masala and Basmati Rice packs into separate microwave-safe bowls, remove the oxygen absorber

Add 150 ml of water to the Kaju Masala and 155 ml to the Basmati Rice. Stir each bowl thoroughly.

Microwave at 800 Watts for 3 minutes. Cover the bowls and let it sit for a few minutes
