Ingredients

Ragda:

White peas (88,44%), Canola Oil (8,84%), Greenchilli paste, Turmeric powder, Kitchen king, Coriander leaves, Cumin, Asofetida

Potato Filling : 30g/175g *

Potato (97,74%), Coriander leaves, Green chilli paste, Salt, Black salt, Ginger paste, Garam masala

Sev:

Gramflour, edible oil, salt

Dry mango shreds:

Green mango (100%)

Green Chutney : 15g/105g *

Coriander, Mint, Salt, Chatmasala, Cumin powder, Lemon juice, Greenchilli, Garlic paste, Ginger paste

Brown Chutney : 15g/75g *

Seedless Tamarind, Jaggary, Roasted Cumin Powder, Red Chilli powder, Chili flakes, Peppercorns, Asafoetida, Black Salt, Salt, Ginger Powder, Melon Seeds, Sugar, ginger, Dry date

Make it Your Own

• Chopped Onion

• Chopped Tomato

• Chopped Cucumber

• Finely chopped coriander

Preparation for the Meal

STEP 1

Empty all the packs in separate vessels and remove oxygen absorber.

STEP 2

Add 155 ml water to the White Peas Ragda filling and stir it well. Add 145 ml water to the potato filling and stir it well

STEP 3

Add 110 ml water to the Green Chutney stir it well.

STEP 4

Add 15 ml water to Dry Mango and let it settle

STEP 5

Add 60 ml water to brown chutney and microwave for 1 minute at 800 watts.

STEP 6

Chop fresh tomatoes, onions, cucumber and coriander.

Making of the Meal

STEP 1

Mix the White Peas Ragda and Potato Filling in a bowl. Microwave both for 1 minute at 800 watt

STEP 2

Add 50g each finely chopped onions, cucumber and tomatoes.

STEP 3

Add Green Chutney and Brown Chutney as per taste.

STEP 4

Add Green Mango as per taste.

STEP 5

Add freshly chopped coriander on top of the meal and mix well.
